The Wanderluxe Collection is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to support and strengthen operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance within our growing vacation rental portfolio.

This role will begin with a primary focus in the Housekeeping department, where the Hospitality Services Manager will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping and housekeeping leadership to learn standards, systems, and workflows. As the role matures, this position will increasingly float between departments, providing cross-functional support, leadership coverage, and operational consistency during peak seasons and periods of growth.

This is a highly hands-on, visible leadership role ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and excels at problem-solving and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an operational leader with an initial focus on Housekeeping, supporting daily execution, inspections, staffing coverage, and quality control.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Housekeeping to reinforce standards, improve processes, and support team training.
  • Gradually expand cross-departmental responsibilities to support Guest Services and Maintenance operations as needed.
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure alignment and seamless guest experiences.
  • Step in to manage day-of operational challenges, including guest issues, staffing gaps, service recovery, and urgent operational needs.
  • Conduct inspections and operational audits to ensure brand and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Cross-train in departmental systems, procedures, and workflows to provide flexible leadership coverage.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members across departments.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and process improvement.
  • Support seasonal ramp-ups, special projects, and high-occupancy periods.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence, traveling regularly between properties.
What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping leadership, hotel management, or vacation rentals.
  • Strong foundational experience in housekeeping or facilities operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across departments and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfort using technology including PMS platforms, maintenance systems, and mobile operational tools.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and is comfortable stepping into frontline work when needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active tasks as required.
Why This Role Matters

This position plays a key role in strengthening operations while building cross-functional leadership depth across The Wanderluxe Collection. By starting with a focused departmental immersion and expanding into broader operational support, this role helps ensure both immediate excellence and long-term scalability.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Full-time, year-round position
  • Hands-on exposure to all facets of hospitality operations
  • Clear pathway for growth into senior operations or departmental leadership roles
  • Supportive, people-first culture in a vibrant beachside community
